I made a cuddly blanket for my Cousin Dylan. One side is fleece and the other side is thermal. I sewed it together inside out, turned it together, and topstitched it.
I really like the fleece/thermal combination. It is very warm and cuddly. I tested it out while I read for a while before I wrapped it up.
